It’s a good Laptop, I have it since 2023. It arrived in good condition, was easy to set up, and performs smoothly for everyday tasks like web browsing, video calls, office work, and streaming. The touchscreen is responsive, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the battery life has been good for my daily use. Overall, it feels like a reliable, well-built laptop and offers great value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable business or personal laptop.

I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

This was a great purchase. It came to me in good shape and has been perfect. It isn’t the latest cutting edge processor and I don’t really need that for this little laptop. But it does exactly what I need it to do. Battery life is great. I would absolutely consider a used laptop like this again.

First thing I've ever reviewed on Amazon...and it's a bad one. Had this for less than a day...like I literally took delivery of it at around 3pm today and with 4 hours it stopped working. Returning it tomorrow. It sucks, because I had high hopes...but that's what I get for buying refurbed.

I previously purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude from Amazon that lasted about a year before failing. Based on that experience, I decided to purchase a new Dell Latitude, hoping that a newer model would be more reliable. Unfortunately, on day one, I ran into serious issues. The laptop powered on normally out of the box. I completed all Windows updates, logged into my Microsoft account, and set everything up without any problems. After that, I closed the lid and stepped away for a few hours, expecting the laptop to be in sleep mode. When I returned, the laptop would not turn back on. I performed a hard reset, after which the system became stuck on the Dell boot/loading screen. It remained there for hours and would not load into Windows. I have been unable to access the computer since, despite multiple restart attempts and troubleshooting steps. Experiencing a complete failure on the first day of ownership raises serious concerns about quality control and reliability. I am returning the laptop and reconsidering my options.
