Easy to use and very effective to transfer collecter rain water from a barrel to my garden hose.

I usually wait until I've had time to really use a product before I write a review. Let me say this one did not disappoint. I've had it a couple of years now and bought it mostly to use in our camper when we go dry camping (if you want to call it that). Our camper only holds 40 gallons of water. We usually take some extra water containers along as we tend to run out of water; especially if we are out camping for 4-5 days. I use this pump to help transfer the water from our containers to the storage tank. Getting older I find it more difficult to lift the containers we use for water. It is powerful and usually will transfer 7 gallons of water in about 2-3 minutes. I bought this particular one because it has an on/off switch when I need to move the hose from once container to the other. It is a little loud as others have stated but since I really don't use it that long, I can tolerate it for the 5-10 minutes or so that I am using it. Since I have a generator, I plug the pump directly into the generator and it provides more than enough power for this pump. I have even referred this pump to my family and friends. So far I haven't had any issues with it and for the price I paid, it has more than paid for itself and saved my back.

I used this pump as soon as it arrived. Drained a tank of water. This pump may be small in size but it is mighty strong. Great drainage. Great value for my money.

I was only disappointed with the pump because I should’ve checked the gph. I thought it was more than it is. It works fine and probably puts out what it’s rated for but just isn’t enough for my needs. Mistake on my part, not the pump’s.
