This is a great supplement to add to your diet

I have been taking this with a berberine supplement and with both it has curbed my appetite but it seems to have a downside of making you sick if you eat sugary items but considering I wanted to lose weight this is not a big deal for me and helps. Consider getting the berberine along with this to make a good one two punch.

I just recently learned of ginseng after purchasing our acreage! A friend told me we should have some ginseng on the land. He has been using it for years and swears by it! He gave me a small root of one to try. well, I wasn't thrilled about the taste of chewing on a dry ginseng root, but I can say I almost immediately noticed a difference in energy and alertness, but had a hard time with the bitterness. So I figured getting these in pill form will alleviate the taste and possibly a little slower to react. I got these Futurebiotics Korean Panax Ginseng 1000 MG capsules. Took two, no taste or aftertaste, easy to swallow. But, it doesn't seem the same as chewing the root directly. I have been taking a few days, now, and it doesn't seem the same. My friend said there are too many variables and you need to try various supplements to see what works for you. The root he gave me was locally sourced by him, so he is going to show me how to find them. I'll continue to take these to finish the bottle to see if maybe it builds up, but....

Maybe I haven't been taking them long enough to notice a difference. I'm not even exactly sure what I was hoping for. But I have to say save your money on this one. Good value? No.

This is my third time buying this. I definitely feel the difference. By the way vitamins don't start really working until 14 days in your body.
