I would give 5 stars except that the method of attachment is not suitable for every bike. The band works well on the front, as the handle bars are relatively wide diameter, but on our three bikes it was necessary to do a bit of work to attach the rear lights to panniers which are narrow diameter. In each case I attached a piece of plastic tubing (15mm) to the pannier frame using cable ties to enable the rubber band to hold the light in a stable position.
