Prevents plaque buildup. Absolutely the best. Buy it if you can afford it. Will save a lot more in dental bills, especially if you have irregular teeth.

The product and the package was in good condition.

Not to the level. The vibrations are not good and not effective

Box was old. The seal was open. The tooth head was untouched inside and the product was working fine. Have to see now if the product battery life is good. If not, then i might have received a used product. Not sure.

Stopped charging. Don't see any warranty information

The price of the 4100 bounces around everywhere all the time from £35 upwards so if you can get it for around that price, it represents good value for an electric toothbrush. This is my second one, and they do the job. Simple to use (one press at the start for normal vibration or two presses at the start for a bit more vibration) and then a two minute timer starts, with a vibration every 30 seconds until it stops. Brushes last about 3 months but aren't outrageously expensive - I just bought a load to last a few years. Excellent delivery and packaging as usual.

As a non-toxic girlie I was previously using a boar bristle and wood toothbrush. But after doing more research on dental health, I found the Philips Sonicare was really the best quality option for clean teeth & mouth and still checked all my health boxes. The bristle head was a bit smaller than I expected but still leaves my teeth feeling clean. I appreciate the timer feature, I normally like to run it twice and brush for 4 minutes. There are other more expensive models out there but this one seems basically the same for way less.
