Just what I needed ...
Sometimes, when you find what you are looking for, there is just no need to wait to write the review. That's how I feel this morning. This hub is exactly what I needed. It's small — but not too small. It has all the ports I need — and it was so easy to set up. The price is nice for a thunderbolt hub — which makes it all the better. It's Belkin — so odds are it will last me for a long time.I would like to address a few things from other reviews:1) Although a power brick is never a cherished accessory, this one isn't all that bad. Yes, it's bigger than one would hope for — but no larger than any of the rest. If you need a powered hub, it's perfectly fine.2) One reviewer said he received an open box. That's interesting. The box I received was wrapped and sealed for mailing in an Amazon plastic mailer bag — with a label for my name and address on it. THEN, it was placed inside an Amazon box for delivery — with another label, etc. I wonder why. Back to the open box, my unit did have a torn sealing label — like someone had used a knife to gently gain access to the box. As far as I can tell, nothing had been disturbed in the box, though. It seems to be fine — but I do wonder why people are slitting the labels.3) I'm sure the person who wrote in their review that the unit they received had a white front and back panel. Of course, that is removable. It's there to protect the finish of the hub. It's not the easiest thing to peel off — but it does come off — revealing what each of the ports are.

Works Perfectly!
Solved my connection issues and saved money buying here rather than from Apple.

Did not perform like the good reviews
I thought this would be the solution to the one plug unplug dock. It only delivered 60w so would not charge MacBook Pro 16 inch. The ethernet adapter for usb-c works on the MacBook Pro did not on the dock. The external ssd drive works fine on the MacBook Pro thunderbolt input. Does n to work consistently on the dock. The brick charger is too old-fashioned to be appropriate and is cumbersome. The unit looked in "new" condition with the white covers on the faces, but the box looked and felt used. Not sure if this was a defective unit, or if they're just glitchy. Could not access Belkin support. No chat available and no answer after 30 min.Funny that the usb-c ethernet adapter works great and it's Belkin.

Won't Charge iPad Pro 10.5 inch
Had this hub for about 3 months and it has worked without issue. Was using 2 Samsung T7's and now 2 Sandisk G40 Pro's. No disconnects. Solid buld, nice looking. But took me awhile to figure out it will not charge an iPad Pro. The 10GB's USB A port on front is Data only and the USB-C's did not charge the iPad. Not sure if they were suppose to. I assumed with the advertised 96 Watts they would. I don't need it to charge the iPads. I had the iPad charging off a MacBook Pro M1. But, when I changed SSD's I changed ports. Just put iPad back on MacBook and all works fine now. This is not a knock on the hub, just a limitation to be aware of.

Excellent performance. Solid Quality.
Excellent performance. Solid Quality.Belkin is one of the few US-based brands we can trust with data security so worth a little extra but, truly the value is excellent. Reliable for the 6 months I've had it to date.Don't know what I'd do without these additional USB-C ports plus I attach a USB-A hub to the USB-A port.I'm seriously considering getting a second one to reduce the things I have to plug/unplug more than once a weekLoving the straightforward architecture focused on USB-C ports; it simplifies my cable connection too.

A must have for multiple screens and devices
I bought the Belkin hub to connect devices and peripherals. Its sleek design and sturdy construction make it a reliable choice. With numerous ports, it’s easy to set up. One of its best features is the ability to use one keyboard and one mouse for two computers and two monitors, which greatly enhances my productivity and workflow.

Performed well, until it didn’t. Look elsewhere.
This Belkin hub worked just fine for three months until it failed one day last week. After talking with Belkin support they offered to send me a new one, once I shipped the old one back at my own expense and the wait up to 30 days for the new one. Review: 3 stars for failing in 3 months, minus one star for the painful customer service experience.

Great hub. Front usb c port a plus
I connect two 27inch monitors to my laptop with this. The detachable input port allows for changing the length of cable you want on your desk. I have a dell hub and that one forces you to one usbc cable. Power delivery is also very good with this !
