Runs small and narrow; great customer service
This is a beautiful shoe that is surprisingly easy to walk in even with the high heel. It does offer some arch support and the shoe liner is soft. However, these shoes are very tight on my feet even though I ordered an 8.5, which is what I wear in a dress shoe. They are also pretty narrow so my toes are crammed together. UPDATE: customer service contacted me and offered to send another pair. Ordering a half size bigger helped!

Runs Small
These shoes run small. I returned a red and white pair because they were way too small. Kept the tan pair which is very loose in the right shoe heel. Didn’t realize it until after I had worn them. I wear an 8, and ordered 8.5 for comfort and they were still too small.
