The ac plug works, neither USB plugs does

I received this 200 watt inverter today and it does not work. Need to find how to return it and get a refund.

Works fine, but it only delivers full power with 4Ah or 8Ah batteries — it’s pretty much useless with smaller ones. Actual output is around 100 watts.

So I read the reviews and the specs. It was said to be able to have things plugged up to it, but it couldn’t hold up. The biggest thing it would run is my phone

I use it to power a small TV when away from power sources.
