My senior parent has benefited from this item during times of daily incontinence. I purchased more of this item.

They provide extra protection for an elderly incontinent woman who sleeps in depends with 2 liner pads. Helps us to not have to wash sheets every day. However they do shrink up a bit - hit just below the knee - so my Mother would not wear the pants, except to bed.

Nicely made incontinence pants that are true to size and super comfy to wear. The cotton material is soft and the insides are lined with an even softer material which is really nice. There is a protective layer in between and it does make a tiny bit of a rustling sound, but it's not bad at all. The materials used are really nice and provides good protection.

Large size is very small. If your size large better get XXL. My size M Large was way to small.
