Modal - Rechargeable Wine Opener - Purple

I replaced a battery operated wine opener from Bed Bath & Beyond with this. This one is a little slower, but I don't have to keep feeding it batteries. The corkscrew on this one could stand to be 1/2 inch longer as well. The odd design of the front plastic part means that sometimes bits of cork get trapped in it. Seems like a strange design. Other than appearance, having a bit of cork trapped in it doesn't seem to hurt anything.It definitely works to open most wine bottles.

One wine we like has a cork that is all but impossible to get out. This wine opener pulls the cork without any effort.

Easy to use and love purple!

Product does not work at all. Bought it brand new from the box. Charge light doesn’t turn on. Left it charging for the initial 16hrs the instruction provided and the product doesn’t work at all.

I gave two of these wine openers as gifts and the recipients loved them! I would buy them again, for sure!

we received this as a housewarming gift and we love it. It's incredible easy to use both to remove the cork (real or plastic, then to extract the cork from the "worm" mechanism. It sits on a charging base but I often leave it off then return it the charger when it looses strength.Cons: Wish it has a light to show when the battery needed charging. It would be great if it had an extractor at the top for left over wine to remove internal air, so the wine does not oxidize. Also, a better designed base where one can also store the foil cutter? The base is a a bit gimpy. So room for some design improvements!
