Used to drink daily (electrolytes) helps with stomach function and dehydration used daily as a gormet salt - liberally applied to meats, eggs, etc. Frequent Lab testing (for me) shows no health issues caused by consumption beyond “daily recommendations” with a salt that tastes great and makes everything taste better. Note: when cooking, using this salt quit using pepper and other seasonings and don’t notice it - enhances the flavor of the food. Also, it has a high water content that makes it perfect to (cold) smoke. This product has every trace mineral (100%) the body needs to be healthy. In cooking I do switch back and forth with Gray Celtic Salt, they have a different taste but both are great for taste.
