This magnifier is really, really lightweight, and is easy to hold and use while operating. I primarily use it to read text on a screen, so I haven’t used the LEDs much; but I have loaded up some batteries and they are every bit as bright as you’d need them to be. When used for reading, the magnification is sharp to about 3-4 inches above the media, which is as stated I think. It’s comfortably large, enough for me to read my entire phone screen without having to move the magnifier around. Only thing I think could be improved is to make the light control wheel thicker or easier to get a purchase on. I have fairly weak fingers due to nerve issues in my hands, so I did struggle a tiny bit getting there wheel to turn past the on/off notch. Came with a lens cleaning cloth, which I don’t really intend on using; I’ll simply use screen cleaning liquid with a microfibre cloth and it should be fine. Seems like the type of cloth you would get with a pair of glasses - straightforward and should get the job done. All in all a slightly pricey magnifier, but you definitely get what you pay for. Would recommend.

This is a handy magnifier if you have difficulty in reading small print in books, magazines or newspapers. It is very lightweight, a good size, easy to use and provides a decent level of magnification. In low light situations, the adjustable LED lights are also very useful. The lens is plastic and of the Fresnel design. One disadvantage of this design is that if you have strong lighting behind you, it can cause reflections off the top surface of the lens but changing position or using the inbuilt lighting can minimise this. My only concern is that being made of plastic, the lens might be vulnerable to being scratched and it it would have been nice if a protective case had been provided. Overall I am very happy with this product.

Not too heavy, purchased for my husband, he enjoys reading at night time in bed when the lights aren't very strong. It can be used with or without the little lights on. It's very easy to clean, and a pleasure to use, as it's not too heavy. The magnipro, magnifies X3 and it's easy to move to the exact angle you require for reading. It comes in a lovely soft cloth bag, and it can be stored in it when not in use. The magnipro can be taken away on holiday, or a day out. If you go out for a coffee/meal it can be used to read the menu. The size is good, and it can be carried in a bag. All in all a very useful tool for reading if the light isn't very strong, or the print size is very small. Many items these days one finds the font size is very small. Would fully recommend it, as a useful tool to aid with reading. Whatever it may be!

As magnifiers go, this ones not bad, It does the job, JUST, BUT the following are my observations. When 1st unpacked, my 1st thought was that it was cheaply made in order to get maximum profit. Then as it was quite expensive I was also grieved that no batteries were included. The so called handle is not comfortable and I find it awkward to hold. Overall, it is just about the best page magnifier I've seen so far. Would I buy it again....NOT VERY LIKELY. Because it is very expensive for what it is, comes across as being cheaply made & I'm uncertain as to how long it last.

I wanted something to help my sister-in-law in France who has just had a cataract operation on one of her eyes. She loves the MagniPro because it is a suitable size to lay over pages of a document or book and with the Ultra Bright LED Magnifier plus Anti-glare, and see clearly again, it is a wonderful aid to assist in her recovery. She can actually read now with the one eye, the other eye due to being operated on later this month. Eventually, she will be able to read again with both eyes thanks to her sister Michele finding MagniPro on Amazon. We can highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with their sight and ability to read the small print. KevD

When I opened the box I was disappointed to see that the lens was not a glass lens however as I have now got the magnifier lets see what it is like, so I peeled off the protective cover from the fresnel lens and ha a look at some newspaper print and we suitably impressed, then having now fitted three AAA batteries I was even more impressed as the illumination was evenly distributed over the total viewing area and was more than adequate so can be easily adjusted down, I was also pleased that the reading area was quite linear.the downside, extra care will be needed with the lens as it will be easily marked also when cleaning is necessary a microfibre cloth would be safer to use than linen or tissues, and when not in use a safe place is needed to store it away from the dog and kids.I short a good stress-free visual aid (I have AMD) I thought that it was a tad expensive and would have made a better buy if it came with the 3 AAA batteries and a cloth storage pouch. however, it does come with a freebie a wallet-size flexible fresnel lens.

I use this mostly for reading and viewing labels on food products. It’s light enough to carry around with you. I’ve found it really useful; I can read books that I couldn’t before, because the print was too small; the light mean you can read easily in poor light. My only con would be that I have to move the magnifier around to read more than a few lines at a time, but that could be because of my eye issues. Overall I think it is a fantastic aid to anyone with sight problems.

I bought this for my mother who is at best, partially sighted. This is a pretty good product, the screen is clear and easy to use, being light enough to hold without any undue strain. It has helped her to read text that was previously inaccessible to her. The main magnification comes from a relatively small central area so she still has to scroll across the page. Looking at the fingerprints on the screen where she has held it on the wrong side, it would be preferable if the 'handle' was made from white plastic or similar, to make it more obvious. Otherwise, she is completely happy with this magnifier.

Vraiment sympa par contre j’aurais pensé que c’était plus fin et qu’il y aurait une petite housse de protection pour pouvoir le transporter sans risque dans un sac!

Received LED Page Magnifier today. Way earlier than expected which was great bc bought for my 82 yr old mother-n-law who was leaving in a few days. She was trying to read a book w/ reg print while sitting outside (bc the light was better for her) when it came in the mail so she was anxious to use it right away! She has medical issues that cause dizziness 24/7 & sometimes headaches. When dizziness is really bothering her (which is most the time) it affects her eyesight as does trying to read small print especially in dim light. So soon as I cud get batteries in the magnifier (which was easy peezy), she was using it and didn’t put it down for long time. Even if she did start out holding it upside down & sideways but whatever works! Lol. But later, when indoors, I saw she was holding it by the handle w/ 1 hand & lights on! Said she absolutely loved it, the lights and loved the way it made it look like the large print books she reads & was so thankful to have it!! Was afraid it might be too heavy for her to hold for very long but we were pleasantly surprised how light it was and she had no problem w/ it. Later in the evening she was using it inside the house & loved having the dimmable LED lights!!! Was able to read a long time! Whoever wrote the review saying lights were worthless must have been a competitor, didn’t know how to turn it up or had a defective unit bc they’re great!!! Goes from dim to super bright!!! Also loved having the little pocket size magnifier for her purse to read labels at home or store! Nice little magnifier! And yes, for those that had trouble w/ the battery compartment, it is snug, probably cause it’s new but a whole lot better than being loose like some compartments are!! Just pull in direction shown best u can and when get just a crack at the back, u can just use a fingernail or knife to push out on one side then the other & it’ll slip right off!! No prob!! Thank you for such a good solid lightweight product!! Highly recommend!! 5 stars ⭐️’s!!
