Canon A-1 A1 35MM SLR Film Camera with 50mm 1.8 Canon Lens (Renewed)

The quality of this camera came almost perfect. The only thing it was lacking was a bit of the paint on the canon sign. Otherwise it functions wonderfully. I was able to get film at a good price and also they offer a insurance plan with this camera so for three years if it breaks or anything like that, I’m able to get it repaired, which is wonderful. This was absolutely worth the price point and I’m so glad I found this. I was looking everywhere for this exact type of camera and unable to really find a properly refurbished and competent seller anywhere.

Camera works good but lens cap came smashed is the lens and broke the plastic rim but glass in lens wasn't damaged a few signs of wear but minor.. didn't feel like waiting for a replacement so I'm keeping it.

Unfortunately upon arrival, some already faulty parts of camera despite being renewed... specifically classic A-1 problems like battery drain and film advance / shutter isn't fully advancing. Just a bit disappointing for this price point

works, but the battery came dead and JAMMED in there. Almost impossible to get out without denting the battery. Missing the grip on the front as well as the hot shoe cover. *Biggest problem*: came with a f3.5 28mm lens, not the advertised 50mm 1.8. Watch out!
