I do recommend
Working well so far. Heats instantly, good size for hand, extremely easy to use, works quick enough on most fabrics but does not steam linen well for some reason (argh). I will soon invest in the companion steamer backing pad and assemble the full station in my room because I use this weekly. Never going back to ironing (except for linen apparently). Small for home use but too bulky for me to take on a short trip (will use hotel iron steam instead).

Easy to use, does the job
Only used it once so far, but I used it on several different items ranging from cotton to polyester to rayon to other random blends. It handled all of them easily and erased the wrinkles. I like the upright form factor. Heats up fast so it's convenient. I like that you can press the steam button once and let it go and it continues to steam until you press it again so that you don't have to hold it the whole time. It's nice that it has different intensity levels but I didn't need to adjust it for anything that I have (yet). I got it "on sale" for about 55 USD, and I don't think it's worth more than that (such as the 75 that is its listed price). For the "sale" price, I'd recommend it.

Not as good as an actual iron or dry cleaners but excellent for "I made an effort" casual
This steamer won't create a freshly ironed/straight from the dry cleaner 100% wrinkle free effect, but does an excellent job for day to day, 'I made an effort' look. It depends on the fabric... I ordered this for next day delivery after I realized a shirt (synthetic fibers) I wanted to wear to an event the next night had fallen off the hanger and had been sitting and gathering wrinkles. Usually I wash on gentle in a garment bag, and if I hang it to dry immediately, gravity takes the wrinkles out. I didn't have enough time to do this and still have time for it to dry completely. For a lightweight poly/cotton blend, the steamer did take out every single wrinkle. While it was hot, I tried it on another lightweight 100% cotton shirt I usually dry clean, and it took out 'most' of the wrinkles, or took it to from a point of not wanting to be seen in public with it, to it being acceptable (kind of the same state as though it had been ironed, but had been worn for a few hours). I then tried it on a pretty thickly woven 100% linen tunic that I usually dry clean but had tried to wash and hang by hand to save money. Before I got the steamer, I was about to resort to taking it to the dry cleaners, but.... the steamer did struggle a bit, but after several minutes it did become 'has been worn for a few hours' wrinkly vs creased all over with wrinkles. If I had spent a lot more time and used more finesse with it, I likely might have been able to get all the wrinkles out, but I decided this one may be one to just keep taking to the cleaner. In sum, for some synthetics or synthetic blends, it's great. For more naturally prone to wrinkle fibers, it is great for a more casual and presentable, 'I didn't just pulled this off of the floor' look. I wouldn't count on it for a more formal or crisp look for say, job interviews. Plan ahead and drag out the ironing board or take it to a dry cleaners instead. H However, If you are like me and can't stand ironing or, if you don't want to continue to spend an arm and a leg at the dry cleaner for less formal wear that could really be washed on gentle cycles and hung to dry and be fine with a quick but not perfectly crisp de-wrinkling, this is a great investment. Aside, it does heat up pretty quickly. If you give it a good couple of minutes rather than the 40 seconds the instructions say, it will be more effective. The whole to fill up the water is a bit small and awkward, but do-able with a little creativity. I didn't have distilled water on hand, but tap water in my area isn't that hard, so I'm not going to bother with buying jugs of distilled water from the store. If you are constantly struggling with lime and calcium residue in your bathroom, ya, I'd get distilled water, but if your build up is very minimal... up to you.

Works Great on Small Clothing Too
I bought this steamer for general use, but lately I've been using it constantly to steam wrinkles out of doll clothes and outfits before photographing them. It heats up quickly, is easy to handle, and does a great job getting wrinkles out without having to drag out an ironing board. I've been very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly Effective Despite a Rough First Impression
When I received the product, the box looked as if someone else had bought it before and returned it. I also noticed that the spot where the brush attaches seemed a bit forced, almost like someone had tried to push it in the wrong way. Honestly, my first reaction was to return it. But I needed it right away, so I decided to give it a chance before making any decisions. The only thing I would mention is that the water tank is small and runs out quickly, especially with larger garments. Even so, I still give it 5 stars. We used to have a formal steamer that only left everything wet, but this little one truly removes wrinkles right away. It has helped me in a pinch and keeps my clothes looking neat without making things complicated. Iโm grateful it worked as well as it did.

Great steamer! Hopefully the last one Iโll ever need
I love this streamer. Ive had so many in my life and this one is really the best. I love the hot touch as it helps smooth wrinkles in addition to the steam. It stands up on its own making it easy to use and set down. I do have to use a little funnel to get the water in but it holds enough to get a few things done.

Wrinkles, wrinkles go away
I purchased this hand steamer as I no longer iron clothing and have not in years. Itโs the first time Iโm using this type of appliance. I found just reading all the instructions prior to use took about one hour. I used distilled water as directed. The small-looking water tank actually held enough water to steam 5 items (I put 8 oz in just to get a bearing on how long it would last for future use). There was still about an ounce left when finished. I steamed a pair of thick cotton pants, a sleeveless linen top, a sleeveless cotton top, a long-sleeved cotton shirt that had been worn once and had some wrinkles on its front, back and sleeves, and a short-sleeved cotton and modal top. Tip: I found it easy to use but would highly recommend hanging your garments on a door and not a rod. Hanging on a rod makes it very difficult to keep the fabric steady enough to get good coverage to easily take out wrinkles. I used a rod and will not do so again. The steamer worked well on the highest setting for my thick cotton pants that I had already hung right out of the dryer some days before. The steamer also worked well on that setting for the linen top. It worked well on the lower setting for the cotton shirt and cotton top. I think I got the best results from the mixed cotton and modal fabric top. One thing- you will never get every drop of water out of the water tank - I let the tank stand upside down for 2 days and one last drop refuses to come out. The instructions ask that the tank be emptied after use. All-in-all, Iโd say itโs a pretty good steamer for the price. My first time with a hand steamer so I donโt have anything to compare to. Your garments will look really good, but nothing will be as well pressed as what an iron can do. Tip: I saved the box to store it as itโs a bit top-heavy and does not come with a storage bag. Iโm keeping it in the box on a self in the closet. Recommend: Easy of use is great - water capacity is fine - fabric compatibility is decent- portability as youโre using it is fine- steam time worked for.

Double check to make sure you get a new item!
The first steamer I received was dirty, moldy, and disgusting. It was clearly a used item repacked and sold as new. Really disappointing. I went through the replacement process and actually got a new steamer. It works well!

Wonder how I lived without one.
Bought at my sister's suggestion, this is a terrific appliance. Especially for large garments that spend time in storage, this steamer restores them quickly and easily.

Wrinkles gone
Not sure if this would take wrinkles out of fabric....wrong, very hot steam comes out & wrinkles disappear. Did new drape panels that came wrinkles & steam removed completely. You do need to purchase distilled water for this steamer, very worth the money & recommend hand held steamer.

Waste of money
An absolute waste of money. I switched it on and a blue light came on for a second and went off again. After repeatedly unplugging and plugging back in the steamer showed no sign of working and did not warm up. Extremely disappointed
