This comes with a 3 pin vdg connector. do you have a 4 pin 12v? looks like the other side of the board has a lead, but no cable connected.

The manufacturer specifically says not to use it with the 12V 4-pin case as it will damage things. You may need to check your motherboard manufacturer to see if yours supports the 3-Pin ARGB header. It can also be labeled as Rainbow, VDG, among others.

I think they all come with the same fans which are only ring. But I can only confirm that the ms6 definitely has ring only.

How’s the cable management in this case and does it have any cable management straps?

They have a cables managements straps but not enough. Plus you need to know where they go because there explanation are minimal. If you know electronic it should be easy for you and buy a couples more straps . At the end the box is really nicely build.
