This is great for working up a roux in the pan or any time you need to stir, mix or fluff something without transferring it or starting in another bowl or pan. Very comfortable in the hand, washes up easily w/o food sticking all through. This non-stick whisk has replaced my Flat, my Ball, my Sauce, & often my metal French & Mini whisks.
