I love the regular strength one. Is Ben fabulous for someone like me with celiac. Although I avoid gluten still there are plenty of healthy items out there that have hidden gluten in it and this overall helps my stomach!! My only concern is the extra strength, that one no where says if it is gluten free. Sadly I got a bottle but have not taken the risk of trying that one.

Started taking this supplement with a decent eating diet and a lot of water consumption. Definitely not a magic pill, work with the pill so it can work with you type. Noticed a huge difference after two weeks and saw my stomach visibly go down immensely VS the same eating habits without it. Shorts fit more loose and my waist got way slimmer. (5’6 200+ lbs) It definitely helps with digestion and bloating. Helped me lose at least 17 stubborn pounds. It keeps the water weight gone for me. I’ll continue to use and would definitely recommend! It may not benefit all bodies and that’s okay but absolutely worth a try to clean up your gut health. The purpose of the pill is to break down natural foods accordingly. Give your digestion a boost of help in that area. When taking this supplement, I would highly recommend eating organic as possible. Highly processed foods will make the job of this pill harder. The purpose of this pill is to target breaking down meats vegetables natural sugars and grains while cleaning up what’s in your gut. If you’re eating processed junk (yes processed “health foods” is still junk), you’re really limiting the pills ability to do its job. I didn’t make huge changes, just avoided processed and boxed foods. Stick to Fresh produce, meats, fruits is what I targeted on for consumption and saw the supplement do its thing. If that still doesn’t work for you, definitely consult with your doctor! Overall, happy customer 👍🏼

I was surprised but it does work. Will continue to use it. Not too many things work but this one actually does. I am always bloated and this supplement was the only thing that works.

I never leave reviews tbh but I had to for this one. Product didn’t work for me and started giving me chest and heart problems. Not worth it. Just eat healthy if you don’t want to bloat. I’m learning that all these extra products are so terrible for us and it’s best just to stick with Whole Foods and water water water!

I have loved this product since I started using it. It helps me with my gas so much. If I take it daily I am regular again and way less gassy which is a huge relief. When I stop taking it, it honestly comes back pretty quickly. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in bloating, but that’s not why I take it. I also would give this 5/5 stars but it tastes like black licorice and that taste is just not for me. Otherwise it’s perfect

This has changed my digestive system! I suffered from constipation since childhood and now I go every day . I didn’t suffer from bloating or cramps . My stomach does not bother me .

I was using the Flatter Me version that was all around on Instagram and TikTok. Then it was sold out, and I saw they had this one available for overnight delivery with my Prime subscription, so I ordered it as a substitute for the other one. This one worked better for me, so I have been buying this one instead. It does make my abdomen appear "flat," because I don't get bloated and my weight is even 3 pounds less than usual. I used to get indigestion from time to time, with a lot of gas; this is no longer a problem. This supplement has handled that. My husband used it too; he lost about 5-7 pounds using it. He started having a bit of diarrhea, but then it normalized, and it helped him with digestion and bloating. He is now able to eat bread and grains, even though before, it would have been too heavy for him.

I didn't have any side effects but I didn't seen it had an effects at all. Won't be purchasing again. Not worth it in my opinion. Don't get stuck on the influencer ads!
