Disappointing
Louie's work takes a lot of effort to decipher but this was disappointing for other reasons(I actually enjoy his normal rambling style). I don't know if his death caused this to be rushed out to publication but it is poorly edited and never should have been published as is. I hope the Westside group takes this feedback for this publication and comeback with stronger, better material. Come on guys you can do better then this!

Superb read
Phenomenal insight into an often misunderstood training system. Must read for anyone interested in developing strength and conditioning. Highly recommended.

very generic
its a very generic (and outdated by now) introduction to the conjugate method, it's not a bad book but the information you find is only introductory.if you're a powerlifter and you want to do conjugate programming you're better off researching articles on EliteFTS, this book features a lot of stuff that's unnecessary like off-season training for track and field/football/MMA/etc and the powerlifting-specific part is very superficial at best.
