Great product, just Amazon distributing older style Intake strips (bad adhesive and outdated design)
Edited review. Intake reached out and sent their new items vs the old ones Amazon ordered. Why I changed review from 1 star to 5. Love the company and their product but likely a gamble ordering from Amazon vs directly from Intake breathing Well for one i love intake breathing like. The review was over the old style adhesive strips sent to me that are discontinued due to people with sensitive skin. I loved the shipping time as it was same price as Intakes website but shipped in 1 day vs about 3 weeks I had to wait on Intake to just ship the order with no courtesy delay message until over 10 days later. I love the product but I will not encourage old stock sales at new prices. I have to decent rashes from these. The new style adhesive was more flexible, breathable and safer adhesive. Very disappointed after use. I was hoping maybe this style was newer or worked better but it is farrrr too obvious how inferior the ones shipped to me through Amazon were. Will be ordering from Intake personally That being said if your considering this product Intake breathing is swear by it for sleep and users with perforated or deviated septums

3rd generation tabs
The original tabs were great. But, a few months ago they switched them to a terrible adhesive and basically ruined the product. The adhesive would tear my skin and not stay on very well. However, this newest order the tabs are great again. It seems they have changed them yet again, but now for the better and more reminiscent of the original tabs. Very, very happy with this new change.

Love this system so much!
I bought the system on the manufacturer's website, but I get the refill packs here because they are a bit less expensive, and I like the subscribe & save feature so I don't have to worry about running out. I was skeptical at first because I think that's just prudent. Someone is always claiming you can look 40 years younger by the end of the week or lose 25 pounds in your sleep tonight without actually hacking off a limb, so you have to be careful. You can't always trust review, either, because product websites are often stuffed with phony reviews and critical reviews are often removed at the site. So, skepticism is warranted, I believe. BUT, the first night I tried this, I loved it. The next morning, I signed up for the subscribe & save refills. I have sleep apnea, but I can't sleep with that stupid machine attached to my face. So, I bought an adjustable bed so I can sleep with my head a bit elevated, which helps, and I bought some nasal strips because I have nostrils like Morgan Fairchild (if you're old enough to know who she is), or that actress who plays Jan on The Office. Very narrow, in other words. Between the bed and the strips, I was able to skip the CPAP (which I hate), but I still wasn't thrilled about my quality of sleep. Until I got the Intake Breathing System, that is. I thought their claim of "up to 85% more oxygen" was probably at least a gross exaggeration, but I don't think it is now. It makes a huge difference the moment I put it on at night! Yes, it's more expensive than the nasal strips, but it is WELL WORTH IT. Improved sleep=improved days, more energy and a happier outlook! You really can't put a price on that. Never going back to the nasal strips again. These are life-changing. Literally.

Just reuse your magnets and get medical tape.
I'm so unbelievably upset and disappointed in this company. I bought these packs 3x and never again. 1. They're super overpriced for something that's basically a tiny magnet slapped onto medical tape. For people wanting to save some bucks, save the magnets and get medical tape. That's all it is and if anything, your diy would be 1000x better. 2. They say their design is "the highest quality materials" with an "stay effect" and that's why they charge the ridiculous prices on the refill packages. NOPE! I would clean my face every night AND use an alcohol wipe on my nose and they still somehow lifted off of my nose by morning. I don't even have oil prone skin. 3. THE STICKY RESIDUE!!!! Not only did I need to apply oil to my nose and let it sit for several minutes, I also had to wash my nose AGGRESSIVELY, sometimes 2-3x times in hot water, then aggressively rub my nose with a cotton and toner. All of that was so harsh on my nose that I'm actually seeing negative effects. Thats how much sticky residue was left and it would be a cause for being late to work. 4. My final straw??? I removed all of the magnets off of their tape and bought basic hypoallergenic breathable medical tape. I slapped the tiny magnets on, cleaned my nose GENTLY and applied toner (no alcohol wipes) and went to bed. I woke up, they were still stuck on my nose and not lifted and then when removing them, ZERO sticky residue!!!! I'm so freaking livid!!! I hate this company. While the invention itself is great, they unfortunately burned a terrible image in my head. This company is such a greedy money grabbing scam business. Overpriced tapes that do more harm than good. A majority of people who purchase this can't afford the much needed surgery and here you are taking advantage of that. Shame. Functionality is terrible, ease of use is the scam they're selling, it's portable.

Sticky and stays put..
I’ll be honest — I didn’t expect a tiny breathing tab to make this much difference. These work great with the intake magnet strip. They stay put all night, open things up so you can actually breathe, and my snoring has apparently gone from “chainsaw” to “gentle breeze” according to my household. Easy to use, comfortable, and the refill pack lasts a month. If your nose likes to clock out when you go to bed, these are definitely worth trying.

Replacements are not the same quality as original.
I love Intake! Got the starter pack, and it changed my life. Never breathed better. I have a deviated septum, opens my passageways right up. Biggest downside is the cost of the replacements. I will say, after trying several generic brands, none added up to the adhesive of the initial pack. These replacements were worse than any of the generic brands I have bought. I'm not sure what the change in quality was from the Starter pack to these replacements, but some of the replacement adhesives do not stick for even 10 minutes. Let me emphasize that I am very clean, wash my nose, dry it, sometimes use alcohol or witch hazel to remove any residue, allow that area to dry thoroughly before properly adhering the magnetic strips. The ones that came with the pack would last near 18 hours, even through laborious work, exercise, and once through light rain. Generics last roughly 4-8 hours, and these replacements are completely hit or miss. 10 minutes-6 hours. Not worth $45.... Maybe they were left in the sun in a truck (I grabbed them 5 minutes after being placed on my porch), I'm not sure, but would not recommend until they commit to the quality in which they are charging. -Update: After the post, Intake reached out and gave a new pack of the adhesives. These work closer to the starter, but still need to be replaced about every 6-8 hours, regardless if you are sweating or not. The bottom part always seems to lift, no matter the placement. Been using consistently for about 3 months.

**It’s Like Having 20/20 Vision for Your Nose!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s Like Having 20/20 Vision for Your Nose! My boyfriend convinced me to just try these, and I honestly didn’t expect them to make such a difference. Now I practically never want to take mine off! My breathing and sleeping have improved so much. One of the craziest things I noticed was that the dark, puffy bags under my eyes decreased almost overnight. I’m also using WAY fewer tissues now that everything in my nose and sinuses feels more open instead of so congested and squeezed together. Honestly, they should send your first order with a box of tissues—because it might be the last box you need for a while. 😂 And then came the rodeo. I’m allergic to EVERYTHING, so I fully expected that walking around with my nose held wide open would mean I’d be inhaling every speck of dust, pollen, and whatever else was floating around out there. I thought I’d be sneezing like crazy. I didn’t sneeze. Not. Even. Once. I was genuinely shocked. I can’t say the strips caused that or that they treat allergies, but that was my experience—and considering how easily my allergies normally act up, I definitely noticed it! I’ve noticed a difference while hiking too. I can do more and breathe so much more freely. The best way I can describe it is like getting 20/20 vision for your nose. I didn’t realize how restricted my breathing was until I experienced what it felt like to actually breathe clearly. We even have our daughter trying them out with us! A few things I’ve learned: Let the magnetic adhesive tabs sit on clean, dry skin for about 5 minutes before putting the hard magnetic band on. Mine can last up to around 24 hours, although water, sweat, and oily skin definitely shorten how long they stick. I’ve also been experimenting with placement. Moving the tabs slightly higher, more toward where I feel sinus pressure rather than directly beside my nostrils, gives me a different feeling of openness. I’m still figuring out exactly what placement works best for me, but there’s definitely a noticeable difference depending on where I put them. What started with my boyfriend saying, “Just try it,” has turned into something I use constantly. Better breathing, better sleep, fewer tissues, easier hiking—and apparently I can survive a dusty rodeo without sneezing my head off. 😂 Seriously, it feels like 20/20 vision for your nose.

Good quality
They came fast and no scent to them, they are comfy to wear can’t really tell they are there. No problem with them sticking fit my nose perfectly

Bad quality - new design
The quality has been declining week over week, the new design is horrible and the adhesive are too weak to an extent they are unusable.

These are the original knces from intake. Well at the ones that came with the system
Not the same as the original one fro Intake breathing. The metal against the skin is not covered and the strips off the back are more challenging to remove.
