Cute, fun, and easy to use!
This was purchased as an add on to a gift. absolutely love the idea. It was a big hit with the gift receiver....everyone in the house had blinged hair.

I purchased the Jolly Collection Hair Gem Stamper set from another seller for a Christmas gift. I later saw that refills are also available and I purchased this item. The cost of this refill is certainly not worth the price that is being charged. I have a feeling that I will be disappointed in the value of this product after the gift is opened. The refills are way overpriced.

I ordered these to go along with the Blinger that I order my 9 year old Granddaughter for Christmas & she loved them.
