Great if you have big builds to make and less room to build on.

Not so good.
I had ordered it thinking that It would be sturdy, as all Lego products usually are. But I was a bit disappointed on actually seeing it. It is very flimsy. The corner can bent if toddlers applies pressure on it. Could have been better.
