THIS STUFF IS A MIRACLE! Steroid cream will help with immediate itches but after 6 hours you need something that solves the problem. This does that. I ended up using this to treat the areas I initially tried treating with moisturizing steroid cream. On my face, behind my ears, in my armpits…this solves the itch AND rash.I recently started dealing with eczema at 35 and was just trying different things. Figured I’d try steroid creams and this on the same spots and see what works. I only ever rate things that genuinely surprise me with their efficacy. I’m not woo-woo, I had no issue with steroid creams if they worked better but they just unequivocally didn’t compared to this.The only con is- It’s not lightweight. but frankly nothing that will solve your eczema related skin barrier moisture issues this quickly would be lightweight. I left vacation yesterday with rashes behind my ears and now I’m dabbing this lotion on the few remaining bumps.

Ya'll I've bought this so many times no joke. Its so thick and creamy but doesn't feel too greasy or heavy. Super moisturizing and I have VERY sensitive, thin skin that breaks and dries out. I use this every night with some other products and layer an oil on top and my skin is soo smooth. I swear by this product and will use it forevaa!! Love how there is no scent and the size is big so it lasts a long time!

i dont usually leave reviews until after ive used a product for at least a month- 3months but yallllll! I had a bad flareup on my eyelids (so annoying) and i reapplied this 3 times today, it helped with itchiness and deffff got rid of like the rough texture. the skin around my eyes are calmer and less flared now which i am happy about because i have to retake my ID pics today. i also was starting to slightly flare on my neck too and i applied it and i dont even feel the itch or flare anymore. ive tried eucerin cream, aquaphor, that seamoss cream from tiktok shop, the eczema balm from another brand and none of them worked as fast as this, and theres alot so itll def last me a long time for face. i usually get flares around my eyes first, then neck, inner elbows and behind my knee and on one pinky (weird ik) but im sure this will last a while. def gonna just use this as my facial moisturizer. DEF RECOMMEND!!!

This cream is SO good! It literally healed the skin on my face when nothing else would. I was having some type of rash-like breakout on my face and my skin burned every time I tried to put anything else on it (and I tried MANY different products), but when I used this product, it instantly soothed my very irritated, very dry skin. I’ve been using it once a day for the past 2 weeks and it has made my skin so hydrated, soft, soothed, and virtually no redness. I couldn’t love this stuff more! Highly recommend!!

I would say value for money , my son suffers from eczema and this thick moisture waa ableto hold the moisture on hus skin. The effectiveness of the sensation in the skin is. Good

I recently had a super bad flare up on my face! This has never happened to me before and It was so red and embarrassing I had tried to many different things but saw positive reviews for this and decided to give it a try. When I tell you on a few days my face has completely cleared up I mean it. I was SUPER inflamed. I went to a dermatologist and they prescribed some steroids but I wanted to try something over the counter before resorting to something so drastic. This literally saved me. I cannot recommend it enough I applied it many times throughout the day. The first time it tingled but I think that’s part of the process. After a few times it stops tingling and really moisturizes you! My new holy grail I’m so thankful!!

A nice thick unscented cream!! Absorbs nice. Helps to soothe eczema in between medicated cream usage. Doesn't burn upon application!
