Fantastic!!!
These are a game changer for me at my church. You can control them while in use using the app on your phone or tablet. They sound great and my pastor loves the small discrete size. Easy to use (plug and play), noise level is controllable from the app, voice quality is great! Compatible with all mixers that I know of, comes with everything you need for a small church. Connectivity is outstanding in my experience. Great brand at a price like this... Glad we got them.

If your a professional videographer or sound person, these are the best at the moment.
If you do much research, you will find that when it comes to compact wireless systems, it basically comes down to the Rode Wireless Pro and the DJI Mic 2. But if you work with both for any amount of time, you're quickly going to find out why the RODE is the choice for most working professionals. 1. 32-bit Float On-Board Recording: This ensures that no audio is clipped or distorted, even if levels are too high or low during recording. This feature is a lifesaver for post-production editing, where you can recover audio seamlessly. 2. Timecode Capabilities: This feature helps synchronize audio with video perfectly, which is especially beneficial for multi-camera setups or professional filmmaking. 3. Series IV 2.4 GHz Digital Transmission: It offers stable, encrypted wireless audio transmission over long distances (up to 260m), ensuring clear sound without interference. 4. GainAssist Technology: Automatically adjusts the microphone's gain, helping maintain optimal audio levels regardless of changes in environment or speaker volume. 5. Dual-Channel Recording: Ideal for interviews or two-person shoots, as it allows simultaneous recording from two sources. 6. On-Board Backup Recording: Even if wireless transmission fails, the microphone has internal storage to capture audio, ensuring no data is lost. You have 32 gig of recording space versus the 8 gig of others. That's over 40 hours of recoding at 23 bit float. 7. Long Battery Life: The transmitters provide up to 7 hours of continuous recording, perfect for extended shoots and the charging case gains you a total of 20+ hours 8. Incredibly low latency (5ms) vs everybody else's 27-30 ms. This is huge if you use wired Mics along side wireless Mics. That means the longer latency Mics are going to arrive at the camera MUCH later than the wired Mics and your audio will be out of phase. 9. Compatibility: It works with a wide range of devices, including cameras, smartphones, and computers, and is compatible with RODE Central for advanced settings and management. 10. And lastly, the RODE comes with (2) Lav II lavaliere microphones. That alone is almost the price of other entire wireless mic systems. They are well made, have locking connectors, and sound great. After working with a LOT of wireless systems this last year, the RODE wireless Pro has really been the most reliable and functional in a professional environment.

Awesome 32 bit microphone set
As an overlander and wildlife photographer, I need gear that just works no second chances in the wild. The rode wireless pro has been a game changer for my field recordings. I run one transmitter with a shotgun mic on my camera to capture ambient sound and wildlife action, while the second sits on me with a lav so I can narrate in real time for my youtube audience. The 32-bit float onboard recording is incredible no more stressing about gain levels or peaking when the wind picks up or an eagle screams overhead. It just captures everything clean in the internal memory and also record to my camera, so I've a backup if needed. The kit comes in two boxes packed with all the essentials except for some reason mine didn’t include the colored clips for the lavs, which would’ve been handy. Still, the system is super intuitive, rugged enough for travel, and the audio quality is outstanding. For anyone creating in the field like I do, this is as close to perfect as it gets. Pro tip: I set my microphones to auto start recording when they are taken off the case, and I've disabled the record button on these units, so I never forget to start recording and unable to accidentally stop the recording :)

Studio-Quality Gear That Paid for Itself in a Day
I bought a number of SmallRig and Rokinon products, along with Blackmagic and RODE gear, on the recommendation of a professional photographer and videographer as I was putting together a professional-grade kit for my company to produce in-house videos at scale. I couldn’t be happier. The full kit cost about the same as a single day’s shoot with a high-end production outfit. With a bit of training, we’ve already produced more than a hundred videos and turned it into a social media engine for the business. The setup has been fundamentally affordable, incredibly effective, and surprisingly approachable for non-specialists. Across the board, every product has felt professional-grade but still learnable for an amateur willing to pay a little attention. Five stars all around.

Best LAV Mics!
I highly recommend this product! I'm a professional sound mixer for film sets, and these RODE units are by far the best LAVs I've worked with. They sync automatically straight out of the charging case and perform far better than any others I’ve used. With other LAVs, I often ran into frequency interference — and trust me, that's a nightmare on set. These, however, are rock solid. Plus, all three units (including the receiver) can record audio independently, which is incredibly useful for capturing room tone and sound effects. The built-in magnets are a game-changer too — you can attach them almost anywhere. I even stuck one inside an elevator on the metal wall! The 32-bit float recording is your best friend, offering incredible dynamic range without worrying about clipping. Each unit also has its mini hard drive that can record gigabytes of sound. Battery life is excellent, and it easily lasts through long shoot days. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but worth every penny. A must-buy!

One of my best purchases
This Wireless Pro was probably one of my best purchases. What this came with was unbelievable and the quality of it is far greater than the price paid for it. This shouldn't be a couple hundred dollars. Especially if someone truly knows its value, they can create a perfect sound with a little bit of engineering in post. It came with lav mics, fluffy muffs, magnetic clips, cables for every device, cord for the camera, charging case....on and on it goes, but MAN is it quality. I can't stop finding uses for this. I would say this isn't for the beginner. If you already know a little bit about audio recording and have a need for wireless microphones, this is what you're going for. If you're an amateur, go with the Wireless Go. Its second version is great, doesn't come with all the bells and whistles with the extra parts, and much less money.

Perfect, unless you have other wireless systems on set…
I swear by these. They sound good, come with everything you need, and the backup recording is a life-saver. The timecode and locking mic connector are game changers. But… when you are on a film set with 2 or 3 Amaran lights, Hollyland M1 and transmitter, etc. the WiFi bandwidth gets overwhelmed and drop-outs occur. So, using more than one of these sets becomes impractical. I had hopes of using two or three sets, but these are little ships in a big storm. If you are working on a set with a number of other 2.4ghz devices, think twice before using this or any non-UHF wireless audio system. I have divested myself of the Rode Pros and am now using the Deity Theos without backup recording. In the 900 megahertz range, it performs flawlessly. The Theos tx is larger than the Rode Pro transmitter, but thinner and easier to conceal than a Sennheiser body pack. If you are a solo shooter, doing two-person interviews, there is no better system remotely near this price range. The Rode Wireless Pro still rocks, and I will miss it.

Professional Wireless Mics That Just Work. Great Audio, Tons of Features.
These mics have been one of the most reliable pieces of gear I have used in the field. The sound quality is excellent, with really effective noise cancellation. Even in noisy environments, the clarity holds up, and the 32-bit float recording adds peace of mind by giving you plenty of room to adjust levels in post without clipping. There is occasionally a faint buzz when boosting gain in post, but it is manageable and usually easy to fix. The on-board backup recordings help in tough situations where your main feed might get compromised. What really impressed me was the build quality and included accessories. The lav mics screw directly into the transmitter, which is huge. People tug on cables constantly, and this small detail prevents a lot of headaches. I also recommend picking up some hypo-allergenic tape for those scenarios where talent is sweaty, moving a lot, or you just need extra hold. That simple addition makes a big difference during long shoots or physical scenes. I have also used these as basic shotgun mics in certain situations, and they pick up ambient sound surprisingly well. They are great for foley recording or capturing natural audio in a pinch. Battery life is incredible. I honestly forget when I last charged them because the smart charging case always keeps them ready to go. It is one less thing to worry about. If you download Rode Central, you can fine-tune settings for your specific camera or workflow. That flexibility makes them even more valuable for professional use. Pros: - Clean, high-quality audio with 32-bit float recording - Great noise cancellation - Rugged lav connector design prevents cable issues - Battery life is excellent - Reliable smart charging case - Versatile: works for interviews, ambient, or even foley - Customizable settings via Rode Central Cons: - Slight buzz at times when boosting gain in post - Tape may be needed for high-movement scenarios If you are doing professional content creation, interviews, or run-and-gun filmmaking, this system is worth every dollar. Rode nailed the balance of quality, reliability, and ease of use with this setup.
