Easy to Use, Durable and Cold!
Bought these for my partner who had hand/wrist surgery and he loves them! They get very cold and being able to wrap them easily by himself is important. He's had them for a couple of years now and they still work perfectly. Definitely recommend.

These definitely serves the purpose that I need them for
Well, I am pleasantly surprised. These are perfect for the carpal tunnel that I’ve been suffering with. (I have nerve testing at the end of the month thank goodness) I needed something desperately that I could put on my wrist to actually get up and move around. They are adjustable, soft, freezing and the cold lasts the perfect amount of time that you should actually put cold on an injury. This is definitely a plus because they will also be perfect for after I have the surgery to fix this mess. I am so glad that I found these I really need the relief from the pain I am having. I recommend these 100%!

A Comfortable, Practical, and Easy to Use Wrist Therapy Wrap
A Comfortable, Practical, and Easy to Use Wrist Therapy Wrap I’ve been using this Comfytemp wrist wrap as part of my home routine for managing mild wrist discomfort and occasional swelling, and it’s become one of those “keep it handy” items. The two-gel-pack setup is genuinely practical—while one is in use, the other can stay in the freezer or be ready for heating, so I’m never waiting around to switch. The wrap itself is soft yet supportive, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. I can adjust it easily with the Velcro straps so it stays in place even while I’m moving around the house. For cold therapy, the packs come out of the freezer pliable enough to contour well to my wrist and hand, providing a solid chill without feeling like a block of ice. For heat, a short time in the microwave gives me soothing warmth that helps relax the joint and surrounding muscles. The optional thumb opening helps position the wrap so it covers exactly where I need relief. A couple of small notes: the cold lasts about 20–25 minutes before it starts to warm up, so if I want a longer session, I swap in the second pack. Also, if the Velcro edge brushes bare skin, it can feel a little rough—easy enough to avoid by adjusting the strap or wearing over a thin layer. Bottom line: This wrist wrap is comfortable, versatile, and quick to use whether you need cold for swelling or heat for stiffness. It’s a simple, well-thought-out tool to keep at home for everyday wrist care especially for us Keyboard warriors who are at it daily.

Effective hot/cold therapy with a few annoyances
I got this wrap to help with hand swelling and pain, and it definitely can provide good relief — but it takes some effort to get it just right. Pros: • The wrap stays in place well once it’s secured • Offers both hot and cold options • When the temperature is right, it helps with pain and swelling Cons: • When it’s frozen, it’s very stiff and hard to wrap properly • When heated, it gets almost too hot — I wish it had an extra protective layer so the heat wasn’t so intense • If the wrap isn’t positioned perfectly, the seams scratch and irritate my skin • A bit finicky to get comfortable, especially if you’re dealing with pain Overall, it does work, and the relief is noticeable when everything is lined up correctly. But the design could be improved to make it more comfortable and beginner-friendly. Good for quick hot/cold therapy, but not the easiest wrap to use.

Fits well for icing wrist and forearm
Love this. Bought after a fall injury that resulted in a sprained wrist and broken elbow. I wanted something long enough to ice both my wrist and my forearm. It will do that if I skip using the thumb hole. It gets plenty cold and just needs a couple of minutes out of the freezer to become soft enough to wrap. I have already large wrists, and then the swelling has added a good inch to my arm. I struggle to find wrist braces that fit over the swelling, so I was worried if this would be long enough, but I get a good 3 wraps around my wrist and arm. It is a bit scratchy, so I like to put it on over a lightweight flour sack kitchen towel.
