Yoga Planet Deck Cards – 31 Mar 2016

Absolutely LOVE this! :-) All of the barefoot products are brilliant - they educate your child, whilst always having an interactive element to them. Me and my 5 year old daughter use these yoga cards on weekend - both randomly picking 5 out at a time - some have yoga poses, others teach you how to live a more mindful life. We love them :-)

Great to use with children, however some of the partner poses are not easy to do with primary school children. Lots of breathing excercises and nice description of the poses/activities. Some activities needs extra equipment like straws, or are to be done outside not in a room setting. All in all very good set of cards.

This set is very usefull in my childrensyogaclasses. I also use Yogapretzels and the children love them both. This set is for the more advanced children, i think. The cards are a good inspiration in the lessons, the explanation is clear and when a child can read, they can figure it out on their own. A good tool in my Yogalessons.
