I purchased this 8MP camera to replace another camera that was 3 years old. Both the new and the old camera's are 4K, but the new camera can view 4K at 20 fps while the old camera could only do 15fps at 4k. Besides that I didn't expect much difference. I ordered the camera and it arrive the next morning early (14 hours after I placed the order). It's was simple to configure this to a Dahua NVR and change IP address. I set everything up on 10 minutes including encoding and naming the cames. This camera is crystal clear and sharp. The night vision is great, and since I have some dim low voltage lights outside it's enough light to keep this camera on "Day mode" to stay full color. I just wish I had the money to purchase two more to upgrade two other cameras!

Haven’t connected it to my final install just powered it up to check that it functioned. I’m not gonna put a picture of it when there’s enough already when it’s hooked up and installed I’ll come back and load an image.

Admittedly I could've done with a cheaper option but I went with this camera since I wanted something I could use outdoors in the future if my situation changes. My use? To monitor laundry two flights of stairs away.I WFH and can't hear the washer/dryer go off so when I'm doing a load I like to use this to check if it's time to go down yet. It works great for that! The resolution is enough that I can zoom in on my dryer's dial and see how far along it is.Setup was easy in the app, in the end just one more benefit to getting a better product. I will likely buy 1-2 more of these for my home as my existing cameras desperately need an upgrade.

I’m a professional video and security integrator and even I bought these for my house rather than the way more expensive commercial products I could’ve gotten at cost. Yes, it’s a rebranded Dahua camera, so if you’re in the know on what that means you know why it’s so cheap (they’re kinda/sorta banned/getting banned in the US over some controversy…) Otherwise, just know it’s a great quality image during the day and the IR at night is genuinely impressive.To be clear, the title and the fact that the IR LEDs are kind of hidden made me think this was a low light camera that didn’t need an illuminator. It is not. It will be black and white IR, and if you look at night you’ll see a few little IR LEDs that somehow outperform cameras I’ve installed with over a dozen LEDs. Id say this is as good as it gets without going low-light full-color cameras which have a visible light illuminator (a dim mini-spotlight)

There is nothing to dislike. These cameras are amazing and full featured. I have used these cameras for over a year in MANY systems and I have never had a return. Also, fast shipping and great value!

I was really hoping to add this to my current setup via onvif but I cannot get it connected. I really hate when companies try to make everything proprietary instead of working to the greater good for everyone.
