How To Micromanage and Effectively Destroy a Team

The Amazon version of this book hasn't been proof-read; it has several exam-ples of words pre-sumably appropriately hyphen-ated in the mid-dle for the original print but not correct-ed for the Amaz-on print version. It also reads a bit like the author's first draft of unpolished notes. None of this matters tho because the style is wryly humorous but with many solid, practical observations from the author's experience, all of which rang true for me. My favourite section covers practical and constructive suggestions for managing up whoever is micromanaging you. For that reason it gets 5 stars.
