Turkey tail is only slightly energizing. Not a supplement that you really feel so there isn’t much to say other than there is no reason to suspect that it is a junk supplement and that the transaction was smooth. Hope that helps…

Tastes like gravy
I've been trying to take this supplement after an aneurysm/stroke and my doctor seems happy with my lowered blood pressure... Ships quickly seems a gravy like taste on the outside of the capsules

Sleep Quality?
I don't know how this is meant to help with sleep. I got this turkey tail supplement to see if it would help with my period symptoms. Eh, it honestly does kind of help with the cramping so I guess it's effective. Truthfully, I have had this supplement for awhile but I only just recently started taking it. I usually start a few days before it comes, and stop a few days after. I'm pretty sure you're actually supposed to take something like this long term befor judging its efficacy, but in my case I'm seeing minor result over the short term. I'll just have to take this more regularly to see if it's the supplement or just something in my cycle changing over time.
