Our current unit has started to go faulty and the sound is very quiet. We need to replace it. Can you pair this with existing door sensors?

Yes, I have done this with my A1 alarm unit. There are two steps: (a) un-pair (if there is such a word) your sensors from the old alarm unit by following the instructions in your manual "Deleting the sensors for one zone", (b) pair your sensors with the new alarm unit, as described in "Entering pairing mode" and "Setup Zone 1" in your manual. It is quite straightforward.

Can the siren be used outdoors? i.e is it weatherproof?

Dear customer, no, this siren cannot be used outside. However, we just introduced our new outdoor siren. Please search for B07GXX89V3. Kind regards, Gerard G. / Tiiwee

Have an a1 startkit & extra siren. all pairs up ok, but the remote won't arm/disarm the 2nd siren? it's paired & sounds when activated. any ideas?
