God eats these.
Absolutely food of the God's haven't had these in over 15 years and I forgot how good they are. Added salt and lots of butter and it's so so yummy. I also put them on bread for extra butter yummyness.

Tasty
Delicious made pea zncham soup with them,Dec would buy again. The peas are in boxe,s inside the boxes there's no packet for hygiene thats my only criticism.for bug reasons they should be in sealed bags inside the boxes. Mine too were loose some of the peas had came out of the boxes. As far as peas go I absolutely love them. Much better than using frozen peas so glad I came across them. Will definitely be buying ongoing

Make authentic mushy peas without the additives of tinned ones
Great for authentic home made mushy peas which I make in a big batch and freeze. Just soak overnight. Easy to make and great in a pressure cooker. Also, can be used for growing your own peas on the allotment which is cheaper than buying seed packets. Just soak in water for a couple of days and they begin to sprout.

Great, just like the old mushy peas minus a bit of their taste!Don't forget you need to simmer these for at least 20mins!

First time trying mushy peas
I've known about mushy peas for years and finally decided to try some. Time consuming but they were really tasty. I'll definitely make them again. They have to soak for 12 hours so I got up at 5 in the morning and poured boiling water on them so I could cook them with supper. Takes a good 30 minutes to cook too. The soda tablets are included which was nice. I thought they were bland on my first taste but after I added sugar, salt and butter it really brought them to life. I have a new friend in the UK and she says she only buys canned mushy peas. That would be nice so you don't have to wait all that time.

Taste Like UK Mushy Peas
As an American, these tasted like the mushy peas that I had in the UK. I also found a video on YouTube that was uploaded by a Brit who used this brand and I followed his cooking instructions. I was pleased with the outcome because they tasted exactly like the peas that I ate in London. I do think the they are bit pricey for peas but I'm told that you must use marrowfat dried peas to get that authentic taste. Hopefully I can find them in a shop at a lower price but, if not, I suppose it's worth the extra cost to get the real deal.

They Should Be Shipped in a Box
We love the peas, but Amazon shipped them each time in flimsy bags and I had to return two orders because the boxes had been cut. Finally, after the third try we received a box intact.

These are the real thing!!
We were in GB several years ago and fell in love with Minted Mushy Peas. Every now and then, I'd get a yearning for some, but there were none to be found here. The last time the urge hit, my Amazon lightbulb came on and wa-lah... there they were. I ordered them, received them, cooked them according to directions... added a bit of mint and some salt and suddenly, I was back in Churchill's Tavern... Served with fresh Fish and Chips and it can't be beat!!
