HOSHANHO Knife Set with Magnetic Knife Holder, 6PCS Kitchen Knife Sets

This is the third type of Hoshanho knife I have purchased. I have purchased several of the carving, filet and bread knives for myself and also for family and friends. Everyone is thoroughly impressed and happy with their knives. They all have a comfortable grip, very sharp blades, (be careful, as to not slice through your fingers). Yes, they are that sharp. I just received my new paring knife. It is my go to knife now for everything. It slices through tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, (you name it), with such ease and precision. One can produce very thin slices perfectly and so easily. They are also very nice looking knives. As for the price, they are a little on the high side, but there are sales on them frequently, that make them quite reasonable and well worth spending the money for.

Very nice paring knife - I’ve been using it daily for about two years now, and there are no signs of wear and tear on it. Not even rust. It’s just the right size for small cutting jobs around the kitchen. The handle is very comfortable for a good grip. It stays sharp quite a long time after sharpening. Sharp tip is good for cutting out small eyes on potatoes and opening containers. I use it multiple times a day alongside my Japanese chef knives. It is also pretty and came in a beautiful package.

Love these knives. The magnetic strip is very strong and they stick to it well. They also pull off the strip well when you want to use them. The handle and shape fit in the hand nice with a good weight and they slice well to. Anything you need to cut, they can handle the job and are very sharp. Good quality and good performance over all.

Sharp and beautiful

It was delivered razor sharp. I have used mine a lot on a wooden cutting board, and it has remained sharp. are they the best knives you can buy? No, and they are definitely not for commercial use. But if you are a home chef that are constantly in the kitchen, creating, you will be very satisfied with these knifes

Great little all rounder knife solid and easy to grip

Threw this magnetic board up on a wall to see how it looked. (Ignore the ugly wall and the crookedness) It works great. Magnetism is all across the board with maybe <cm gap in between where there’s no or opposing) magnetism. Nice wood with a great finish. This 12” piece held six knives, and I could squeeze a seventh skinny blade on there if I had one. The quality of the knives is great. I ordered two filleting knives before and they work phenomenally. Very sharp out of the box. This is a great set for the price with the craftsmanship you get. Very worth it. Note: haven’t tried sharpening yet, because they’re still sharp, so I can’t comment on that, but hard knives that keep their edge like these do are usually a slog to sharpen. ?
