Great so far!!
My recent passion towards RC crawlers drew my attention to this one after hearing from a friend of mine and I must say I am very impressed so far. The speed is just amazing and the turn radius is the best unlike another one I recently bought where the turn was very wide. Another feature I really like is the ability to change the speed mode. Just with a toggle you can go to full speed and switch it back to normal speed. It comes with two batteries, two usb chargers and a lipo safe case which you can use while charging the batteries. It also comes with a few spare pins for the body and a wrench with additional wheel nuts. Two other cool things it comes with is 1. the led lights which are really bright and you can install them to the from and rear bumper and 2. A Clear body which you can color how you want. My son enjoyed painting it with different colors. My only complain on this one is how we access the battery. I wish they came up with a better way of accessing the battery. I hate to take the pins out reach in and put the pins back. I love how the recent Redcat gen7 pro did theirs where all you they had was a rigid velcro and to access under the hood, you just pull the front body. Been riding it for about a week now and it has been great so far. Will update if I come across any issues but I highly recommend this for rc enthusiasts who also like speed. This baby can run.

Great Truck for the money!
This truck is great and drives very nice, the speed is just right not to fast or to slow. the only two things I had trouble with was one of the front shocks broke my second time driving it. The other was the motor, it got burnt out. It was all my fault for using a too powerful battery. That's not why I ended up returning it, I returned it because I couldn't find a single replacement motor for the car. other than a brushless motor that required me to spend more to also get a brushless ECS. Over all its a great truck and worth buying but cant find much spare parts if broken.

Not impressed with this newer model.
First off, I’m just a normal dad. Not a big time R/C person. However this was our 3rd Hosim truck and our neighbors have 2 Hosim trucks also.We were ALL excited to try this new upgraded model. It’s a tiny bit larger as you can see in the pictures. I tested and charged this truck before removing it from the package so it would be ready to go Christmas morning. I couldn’t get it to work initially and found out the “splitter” for the double battery hookup was bad. No problem I took one off our old truck that after a few years of tumbles and wrecks was being upgraded with this “better” version.Sadly this new truck only made it one outing. The older models I could drive to the end of the street and back. This one made in one house down and lost remote response. It full speed reversed into the neighbors trash can and broke where the 4 shocks mount at the rear. (Also pictured) I’m not sure there are replacement parts to fix this as it appears to be part of the main body? I’m afraid this one needs to be returned and we will get the older style again if available.Besides the weaker shock mount, the battery compartment really doesn’t like the dual battery hook up. The wires are barely long enough to squeeze in there (one specific way) and the strap no longer holds them front to back. So they want to slide out all the time. One other thing, the power button was moved into the center of the truck facing up. They really want you to remove the body every time you turn it on/off?? I drilled a hole in the top center of the shell so I could use a pencil to press the button. We are not overly impressed with this new model.
