Decent quality, in my opinion.
These little beasties seem OK. They're 4 1/4 inches long, which isn't long enough to double over the finger, so you may want to consider the 9 inch "wrist" splint if you want that. They're cuttable with EMT scissors, but the edges will have to be trimmed with tape or the like because the metal is so sharp.edit: I haven't tried real SAM splints yet, but I've found these starting to come apart.

Neither I nor my PT technician of 22 years could make these work. We tried bending, folding and anything else that you can think of.

exactly as described
This product would make a great temporary splint if you are out in the woods or even at home. We got it for a cat with nerve problems in his foot so he didn't hold it straight. Since it could be molded and cut, it worked great for making a small brace for him so he could walk.
