BioTrust Ageless Muscle Builder Fruit Punch - Creatine, HMB & D3 30 Servs

I have used this for a little over a year now. It tastes great and hopefully helps with muscle retention. I switched to this from plain creatine. I only take it once a day since it's rather expensive. I am sure it would probably work better if I did it twice a day but I feel I still get benefits and it tastes great!

I’ll have to update this after a couple of weeks of use. It just arrived today, but I wanted to address the number of negative reviews about taste and texture. I don’t find the taste too sweet at all. In fact, it has a slightly bitter after taste like all stevia products do. I have to drink a swallow of regular water after drinking this to wash out that aftertaste. I bought it anyway, anticipating my stevia after taste experience. So no loss of stars there. I ordered the double pack and both arrived uncrystalized and in its expected powdery form. These are small tubs with tiny scoops. You’re supposed to use one level scoop in an 8-oz glass of water twice a day. Which is why I bought the two pack. Hope it’s worth it. Again, no loss of star rating here. I will say, I didn’t just look at the Amazon reviews when choosing this product. I googled and looked at several review platforms and AI recommendations with various AI agents. I knew exactly what I was buying and what to expect. All platforms say this is THE best option out there for the combined ingredients it contains. Thus, no loss of stars again. :) Now, time will tell if it’s worth the hype and glowing online recommendations. I’m using it with other supplements, so I may not ever know. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Best supplement I have ever taken. I take it every morning while my cup of coffee is brewing. Truly is a game changer. Recovery is better but brain is better as well. Now my wife, father in law, and several coworkers take it as well. Highly recommend for anyone over 45!!!

First time using it experienced signifstomach cramps for about 3 hours. It seems to have been a one off.

This is the First muscle product that I have bought. I am a perfect For a review.. I eat about the same thing every week. And I swim every day about the same amount I am 6 foot four about 215 pounds strong and lean. but my muscles haven’t really done anything past a certain point. About a week and a half ago I started doing this stuff. And almost got immediate results. My muscles puffed up from being long and lean I got a little swole and they are not quite so crampy. The muscles got rounder, plumper and firmer. Especially my shoulders, and chest may be a little bit in my thighs anyway that’s what it did for me almost immediately. If you hit me hard in the muscle, I would almost get a Charlie horse. Now the muscles seem to have bouncedand resilience if that makes any sense. I am 64

Do not order this product, I've ordered 2 times now and both times its been hard has a rock. Its not returnable and they want you to buy a different kind. I ordered muscle synergy instead. It took a while to finally get someone to talk to about this and said don't buy again only a one time refund. That tells me they are giving old out dated products. I ordered again thinking it was just a quirk, but no it was hard again.

I re-ordered this for the ease of use and the taste. This product leaves no odd aftertaste, and mixes well with water. I've been using it in a frozen drink machine and the slushies it produces are excellent, helping with hydration and getting a full helping of Creatine daily. I literally feel the difference the day after a workout when I don't get my Creatine. Unlike many products, the effectiveness of Creatine is well established in helping post workout and building muscles. A bit more expensive than other brands, but this is the best I've found. And the HMB compound seems to push this product to the top of my list.
