Excellent customer service as well as an excellent product. I purchased the chair around September 2024. I'm very happy with the product. It's very comfortable and adaptable and easy to use. Around November the rollers started losing ball bearings. I didn't notice at first because my son and grandson had just moved in with us and I thought the tiny metal balls I was finding were from a toy or something. However, recently the chair started becoming difficult to push in and out from the desk and I checked the rollers and realized that what I was finding were ball bearings from the rollers. I was more than willing to purchase new rollers as it has been months since I purchased the chair, but when I messaged the seller to ask for a link where I could purchase them they simply requested I allow them to send me a new updated set of wheels. I had a tracking number within a few hours of providing them my contact information. They didn't even charge me for shipping. I will definitely look for this seller in future transactions. Assembly was simple since the directions were easy to understand and the tools that were supplied were provided. It is essential for someone of my stature to have a chair that has a very robust feel to it. It is comforting to know that the chair can handle up to 500 pounds of weight, and I was certain that it would be able to provide the required support. I utilize this device on a regular basis for my work-from-home arrangement, and I believe that its ergonomic qualities stand out from my experience. The dynamic lumbar support that may be adjusted is a game-changer. I suffer from lower back discomfort, and the fact that the lumbar support may be adjusted to meet my specific requirements has made a considerable difference in the level of comfort I experience throughout extended periods of work. My whole back and neck get good support from the high backrest, which helps to reduce tension and promotes better posture.

This chair is amazing, very comfortable and supportive. My only complaint is the wheels, I bought two of these and had to replace the wheels due to ball bearings falling out.

The chair is not comfortable. I've had the chair in use for less than a month and the base of the chair broke. It's advertised for 500 lbs. I'm 350 and it didn't hold up. Only good things about this chair is the wide seating and the wheels. The wheels are awesome. If you are a heavier person, then I do not recommend this product.

I assembled the chair yesterday. Assembly becomes a two person job when you have to attach the back - that was very difficult because it was so combersome aligning the bolts to the holes then using the allen wrench that was provided to attach it. I like the size of the chair - the width and depth of the seat etc. It rolls smoothly - I have the double wheel version. The lumbar adjustment is inaffective - it doesn't change much. You cannot rock back and forth - the back remains stationary. The tilt lever doesn't function - you cannot tilt the back and lock it in a tilted position. The back remains upright and rigid. Other than those issues, which are important to me... The chair looks good, is generous in size, and rolls nicely on my floor and floor protector. I've emailed the vendor about my issues. If they can somehow resolve my problems with the chair, I'll update and upgrade my review rating.
