Love it now that it’s put together but I had to have a friend do it - she’s very hands-on when it comes to putting things together. Love it and I use it as a handle to lean on to get out of the shower. Not full weight lean but it helps me from slipping and makes me more steady

I was looking for a bathroom towel rack for a while and decided to pull the trigger on this unit. It is surprisingly well made. Nickel finish, feels solid and the base is heavy enough to make sure it does not fall over.Unfortunately when it arrived, it was missing a screw so I could not finish assembling it. I contacted Amazon and ordered a replacement. The second unit arrived with all the pieces. After putting it all together I could not be happier with the looks.The rack can be assembled with the taller arm on the right or on the left, depending on your bathroom configuration, which is convenient. I assembled it with the taller arm on the right, as shown in the pictures. The arms are 29 and 32.5 inches from the floor. The rack is sturdy enough to hang wet towels on.Good product. I'm removing 1 start for missing screw.

Once assembled, the unit is on the small side. It will barely adequately hang one luxury sized bath sheet. Assembly is not complex, but the "directions" are worthless. Not made of high quality material, but I didn't expect that at this price. Fortunately, my pieces fit together okay. Once assembled it is solid and stable enough for me and it looks okay. I don't expect this to be a family heirloom. I wonder if damp towels will cause rust to develop, time will tell.

The first one me I received was missing a short pipe a part returned it received a replacement it is missing two bolts

I tucked this between my bathroom cabinet and shower and it fits perfectly. It isn’t super sturdy, but it works well.

This towel holder arrived in pieces very well packaged. The installation was easy and quick. Nice looking chrome finish and well designed. Makes having the extra towel or towels very conveniently accessible.

I had a few guests come visit all at once. It felt plenty large while I was assembling it. Assembly wasn't difficult nor was it a pleasure. In practice, however, no one folded their damp towels to make room for two towels. Instead, the guests tended to drape a damp towel over the entire thing. Overall, the device looks fine with new folded towels on it for guests to use but that's not how it ends up getting used. I'm glad I had it but won't end up keeping it as a permanent solution for next time I have extra guests. I'll probably just stick a bunch of towel hooks on the wall.4 stars because it functions well and may work better for someone else.
