Unpredictable workout fun
My son takes these to school for break time workouts. They are more fun in a group and they call them ‘the dice of death’ due to some intense outcomes of the dice roll. Good, healthy competition and peer support with items that are so simple and easy to use.

Good Cardio Planning
Suitable to add some cardio in. I threw a number of turns, wrote down the exercises then did the circuit. Not small but for indoor, or outdoor use, it was suitable.
