Q: I just got mine. I put water in the humidifier but when I turn it on the red water drop comes on and blinks. Does anyone have a solution?

That happened to me too. I believe it to be a faulty sensor. I Returned it to amazon. I went to the manufacturers website and inquired. Although they responded immediately their canned response was to ask me to take a picture of it . Really?

Q: How to assemble the base？

Turn the machine upside down, then align the base parts with the groove.

Q: There is no mist and the low water image is showing, but the water is right under the max water line. How do i fix this?

It is not fixable. I bought one brand new has the same problem. Tried lot. Talked to customers service and technical department. The pump is not working.
