I believe I got this in August, so I’ve had plenty of time to use it and see how well it worked. It works fantastic - OMG - The road to normal human feet has been a long one. I have purchased and been disappointed by way too many other products. Finally ! This one is great, so far it has held up well. I don’t know if there is some special protocol one should follow? But I just use the rough side first and follow that with the smoother side. I don’t know if that is “proper” way to use this, it just seemed to make sense and is definitely working for my feet. When I first opened the package there was a bunch of little purple pieces, kind of like crumbs, that fell out of the package. They also fell out into the shower, but after a few uses that stopped. I was worried that might be a problem. but no problems at all. Maybe just leftover from the manufacturing or shipping. My feet were pretty raggedy so at first I needed to use it nearly every shower. At least until I got my feet smooth and now I just need to use it every couple of showers. That seems to keep my feet smooth and dare I say soft… So for our house we think this is an excellent product it does what it says it will. Wewould absolutely buy it again if it ever needs to be replaced.

This pumice is salon quality. It is not the kind that you get at other stores that just dissolves away, it actually smooths your heels.

This works great! It removed the callouses on my feet and was easy to hold while wet, but it does crumble some grains while you're scrubbing. It seems to be foam and not pumice!

Best for callus removal and feet upkeep

I was going through Amazon looking for a purple stone (as in a rock) but this purple pumice bar came up as well. I’ve read other reviews saying it was the best pumice bar they’ve ever gotten and I’ve seen some where they say it flakes too easily. The price was good and I was okay with being disappointed if I didn’t like it (since it was so cheap). Once I got it I did notice that it looked like there was hot glue all over the bar. Maybe to hold the two sides together? I took off the glue and felt that it was sturdy and I was already excited to use it in the shower before I went to bed. I used it and didn’t expect to love it so easily but I loved it! There was some of it flaking off as I was using it but I expected that. I’m rough with my pumice bars and this one feels as if you don’t need to be scrubbing as hard. I instantly felt a difference in my rough heels and I didn’t expect it to do such a good job the first time. I’ve since used it two more times and I can honestly say this is the best pumice bar you will ever get! I recommend rinsing with warm water after you’re finished and shake the extra water off when you’re done. I’m storing mine on the window shelf so it doesn’t keep it wet when other people use the shower.

This. This is what you are going to use if you got crusty, Dusty heels. I'm surprised it did not clean my skin to the Bone. But this specific one not just any kind will get your feet smooth would just the first use.

Good purchase

I want to give this another review as this product is very good. When I first used it my feet were super silky soft. The foot file does crumbly a bit, but it doesn’t take away the fact that this pumice bar is good.
