These are great as far as ease of cleaning and use. Food just falls out cleanly. I love that part. But they are very floppy, so you have to use a sheet tray under them to put them in and out of the oven. I'm sure the flexibility helps to make the food removal easier, but just know you can't use them on their own. I have read that they stain, but have only used them to make bread so far, nothing colorful, and no stains yet. Not oil was needed.
