It is a perfect fit where we needed it. it was pretty simple to put together and is very sturdy!! the added shelves give it ample storage. I love the shelving and how it fits in the corner. Would recommend! Love this style

I read MANY reviews as I needed a L-shape desk in my new apartment's configuration. My son put it together for me, but it did take him awhile. He lasted much longer than I would have before getting frustrated... There were a couple of wood pieces that didn't seem necessary and more decorative so we kept off to increase its functionality. The upper cubbies were smaller than I anticipated and the length of the desk is a bit short as it feels a bit snug when I sit there. This desk could extend/add a few inches out and it would feel more comfortable. If the design offered you more options on the location on the desktop, it would probably be more useful as you are locked into this configuration. Overall, pleased for what we got for the price, though it is a laminate type so hoping it doesn't scratch across the top.

The wood was sturdier than I expected and is really nice. It was easy to put together and pretty good quality. It was not packaged particulatly well and one corner was a little damaged but was on the bottom in the back so not worth returning over. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Decent, sturdy desk for the money. i've been looking for something that offered more than just a desk surface, and this fits well with my needs.
