Ok, so I’m only writing this because I had a similar review that really helped educate me on this product. Also, so many reviews for this product aren’t correct and it actually hurts my mind reading them. I’ve been taking this product for 28 days and only after day 20 ish did I start to notice things begin to work. I lost 3 pounds around my stomach which is the only reason I bought this product. And here’s why? The clinicals are based on 12 weeks, meaning this isn’t Ozempic and you need to be consistent daily. Nothing is a miracle. More reasons why you need to wait: -Almost all supplements take time to build up in your body and require continuous and consistent use. You can’t skip days and expect to see the same results. That’s common sense but I want to mention it right at the top. -No pill is a miracle. If you eat fast food daily and don’t move your body, this isn’t going to help you. If that were truly a miracle pill, you better believe we would all be on this. It would sell out within an hour. - Most women want things to work so badly they just believe it into reality. This is not real and don’t be one of those girls. I’m going to come back and update this review in 7 weeks. I’ll give you full blunt honesty.

I tried Lemme Burn and loved how it helped me feel more energetic during the day. It tastes nice and is very easy to take. What I noticed most was the support to boost my metabolism, especially when I accompany it with exercise and good nutrition. It helps me feel more active and focused on my goals. If you want a supplement that gives you energy and supports your metabolism, Lemme Burn is a great choice.

I started the BURN capsules about a month after I took started the CURB capsules. I didn't really notice anything with the curb, so I added burn because it says they work better together. When I started the CURB, I was maintaining my weight, and maybe +/- 2 to 3 lbs. Overall a healthy eater, I am not really a dieter, but I do not eat processed foods or carbs, with very basic foods (vegetables, meats, etc) and added two extra work out days (3 High Intensity days, 3 low intensity days, and one day off with an average of 500 cal burn per day). I wasn't looking for a quick fix, just a little boost. I wanted to lose about 10lbs, and was kind of stuck. I figured I would give these a shot because I got CURB as part of a box, and wanted to stick it out, hence why I bought the burn, and an additional curb. I am two months in with CURB, and about 4 weeks in with BURN. I have gained TEN POUNDS in one month. I feel like I am constantly bloated, everything on me is puffy (from my face to my toes), my skin feels tight and I have gone up a size. I am not sure how this is burning anything other than my self-esteem and literally doing the opposite. I see it says that it will take about 12 weeks to be effective, but this is the out of this world insane. I have never gained this much weight in such a short time in my entire life. A few years ago I broke two ribs, and my collarbone, I was laid up for about 4 months and in those 4 months I gained only 5 lbs. I was literally staying in bed doing no exercise due to the fact that every breath I took was like being stabbed, and I was severely limited in any range of movement. This is the first time in my life I have gained that much weight in such an incredibly short amount of time. IF I gained TEN POUNDs in the first month, I cannot imagine what month three would look like, I mean seriously, I would love to stick it out, but I really do not trust this product at all. I could understand if I was sedentary, and not eating right, but I have added two extra work out days. It is extremely noticeable in my thighs, and stomach (Which it claims the stomach is where it is supposed to be helping, not increasing). Seriously beware, I wish I could be that person to stick it out, but I do not want to be up 30lbs and ending to have to do triple the work. Snake oil, and just a bad product with a good sales pitch.

These capsules are easy to take and fit well into my daily routine. I like that they include green tea and B vitamins. So far, I’m happy with the quality and how convenient they are to use. I would buy them again.

HONEST REVIEW: LEMME BURN & LEMME FOCUS Lemme first start off by saying, Lemme Burn is not a bad product. It gives the energy I need without feeling anxious (derived from the green tea extract) and overall, a great supplement to my already healthy lifestyle. Keep in mind though it is only a supplement and not a weight lost pill. Meaning it is something extra that can help boost your weight lost but it is not the sole reason. You will still have to eat clean and workout in order for it to supplement. Because I am having a good experience with Lemme burn I decided to try Lemme Focus for that extra boost in focus + energy especially since I work from home. At first, it does give you focus (it could be a combo of the product and a placebo effect) BUT over time it is not effective. The more I took Lemme Focus the more fatigued I felt. I started taking naps throughout the day and feeling super fuzzy in my brain. It almost did the exact opposite of what I wanted it to do. The only pro is that it tastes good. If you want energy, I recommend Lemme Burn. Lemme Focus just makes you tried over time.

Since I started taking it, I’ve had a positive impression based on what I’ve seen so far.
