I have a large shower, so water hitting it is not a concern. It does not need to be on a mat. Heats up quickly and is great! **Q: The timer on mine will not change from 15 minutes is there a way to override that?** A: Thank you for your inquiry. Please try letting the 15 minute cycle run to completion and turn off on its own. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then press and hold the power button once more to turn it on and try adjusting the timer. If this still does not work, please contact the Customer Support email address listed on the manufacturer pamphlet for warranty information. **Q: Where is this manufactured** A: Thank you for your inquiry. This product was manufactured in China. **Q: Is it possible to use this with a smart plug to automatically turn on in the morning before I get up?** A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is unfortunately not compatible with a smart plug as you will need to press and hold the power button in order for it to turn on. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is great and the supplier is very helpful *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 10 June 2022* She does her job perfectly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacement from previous lid *by on Reviewed in the United States 9 March 2025* Perfect replacement! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works Great! 2 Towels are Toasty 4 the tub. *by on Reviewed in Canada 16 October 2022* Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. If you want to see another review check out β€œthe hot tub lady” on YouTube and her video about the best accessories for owning a hot tub. It’s that is what motivated me to buy this! I’m very happy with my purchase! ## Frequently Bought Together - Zadro TWB Towel Warmer, Large | 20L | 12" Dia. x 21" Tall, Gray - LINEMIN Womens Fuzzy Socks Cozy Fluffy Winter Warm Slipper Socks Microfiber Soft Home Sleeping Socks --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/551810812-zadro-ultra-large-luxury-bucket-style-towel-warmer-with-auto](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/551810812-zadro-ultra-large-luxury-bucket-style-towel-warmer-with-auto) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
