I've installed mine over 6 months ago and it's still going strong with the same batteries I've inserted during the initial installation. You have to be careful with the compatibility on your door. I had to chisel out some areas of the door for it to fit and drill some holes for the 'poles' for the screw. Installation is a breeze when you have the compatible door. Mine was somewhat compatile, didn't even change the metal piece on the door frame where the lock grabs. I only had to do some chiseling for the screw pole and a bit of widening for the wires to pass through. Still will give it 5 stars due to the fact that the fingerprint works flawlessly and the app, although a little confusing to setup, is actually great. Had registered multiple users on my household and all of them are happy with it. Gone are the days where you stand on the door with hands full of groceries trying to reach for your door key in your pant pocket doing some aerobic stunts!
