Finally found it! Tastes incredible with lots of different meats

I purchased Sichuan red chili powder to add to a kimchi recipe, and it worked really well. It provides a nice spicy flavour without making the kimchi too hot. I've also been using the leftovers in stir-fries and hot and sour soup. I would highly recommend this for Asian-style cooking.

Though I was buying just chilli flakes, but is a powder consisting of rapeseed oil and other ingredients...not something I want to eat.
