what is the weight of the fleece ?

Exact weight I do not know. I would say this is a light/medium weight sweatshirt. They are well made and have held up well. Hope this helps.

Is the lining soft or rough

The lining is soft, very comfortable.

Is this full fleece or just fleece lined

It is just fleeced lined but surprisingly warm for the how thin it is.
