Fantastic, easy to use, great to keep track of a busy family’s plans/events. A little difficult to sync calendar schedules, but otherwise has been great visual for the family

I bought this calendar during Prime Deals to help get my kids and husband organized with chores, routines, and our daily schedule. I purchased the black 15-inch version, and I can honestly say it’s exactly as described online. It’s super easy to use and very kid-friendly. You can add tasks, events, routines, recipes, meals, and even photos. If plans change, it’s easy to skip or edit tasks without any hassle. One of my favorite features is the rewards section, where you can give your kids stars ⭐️ for completing their chores and routines. It also has a sleep mode, which is a nice bonus, and you can even set time limits to help everyone stay on track and finish their daily chores. So far, I haven’t experienced any issues, and I definitely think it’s worth the money. It’s made organizing our household much easier, and I would absolutely recommend it to my family and friends.

The Skylight Calendar has been a game changer for our family. It keeps everyone organized in one place and is so easy to use. The display is clear, the setup was simple, and syncing schedules from our phones was seamless. I love being able to see appointments, activities, meal plans, and reminders all at a glance. It has really helped cut down on confusion and missed events in our busy household. The touchscreen is responsive, and the overall design looks great in our home. Highly recommend for any busy family looking to stay organized and connected!

This is a great product with a great support team. We have had it for a few months and had one syncing issue that was resolved immediately. It seems expensive until you see how big it is and how well it works. Great image quality and the app is very nice. It makes for a nice counter piece and doesn’t stand out in the room. It really helps us stay organized with events and to do lists.

Life changing product. Myself and my kids have CONSISTENTLY stayed in their routines, especially my teens and their hygiene routines. I FINALLY don’t smell them anymore. Makes it even more fun that they can compete for stars! I am a HUGE paper and pencil person and electronics give me the creeps. But I will be a forever customer now! The food and recipe function is my FAVORITE. Feels extremely durable when handling and is the easiest and foolproof item in our house to use! My 6 year old can use it unassisted! The only feedback I have is the phone app system crashing and having to restart it after trying to change too many things at once. The image quality is an 8/10. The screen kind of LOOKS cheaper quality but it’s not. Functions extremely well. Setting it up takes some time to cater it to your family but once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze!

I really wanted to love the Skylight Calendar, and after a frustrating setup process, it’s starting to grow on me. The biggest challenge was setup. If your family uses multiple calendar systems, especially Apple iCloud calendars, expect some trial and error. The app can be confusing, some of the terminology isn’t very clear, and syncing isn’t always instant. In my case, iCloud updates can take 10–15 minutes to appear on the Skylight. That said, once everything was configured correctly, it works ok. The biggest surprise was the Magic Import feature. I emailed my child’s school calendar PDF to Skylight, and it quickly imported the events accurately with very little effort. Pros: * Attractive display and quality hardware * Easy to read * Shared family calendar works well * Magic Import is surprisingly useful * Photo and video screensaver features are a nice bonus Cons: * Setup can be VERY frustrating * App and terminology can be confusing * Limited customization options * iCloud syncing is not always immediate Bottom Line: If you’re already using Google Calendar, setup will probably be easier. If you’re an Apple family like ours, expect a little patience during setup. Once it’s running, though, it’s a useful family organization tool that helps keep everyone on the same page.

I don’t know why there’s a review saying it took almost a whole day to set up. I just took this out of the box an hour ago and I have our entire schedule (with 4 kids plus many doctors appts for me) already programmed into it from now until mid July. I’m not technologically savvy at all, I make my husband do it all for me but this was SO easy to set up on my own. It’s so organized and finally our life with four kids and 2738 sports will be made easy, for the whole family to see, along with my husband and I both having access to the calendar straight from our phones which is amazing for our busy nights and needing to figure out which kid goes to which sport at which location on which day 😂 sooo worth the money! I’m so glad I finally got one!! Only downfalls are having to pay for the subscription if you want alll the perks and it needing to be plugged in constantly. Haven’t decided yet if I plan on doing that but for only $8 a month, or on sale for $75 a year, it’s not that bad of a price! The plug part makes it harder to figure out a good spot to hang it, and we already have limited counter space and a bunch of cats that like to knock things over, so I wish it was rechargeable but that’s just me being picky lol. Overall so worth the money!

My wife pushed me to purchase this Skylight Calendar as we head into the new school year. Our kids are finally at an age that they want to know all the things. What do we have going on during the day, what are we eating, and what chores should they be doing. Well a few weeks in, I can say this is a game changer with a few caveats. Integrating calendars could not be easier. We are an Apple household and it was very easy to make our calendars public to get a shareable link and add those into the Skylight companion app. Within minutes we had the calendar reflecting all our shared, personal, and sports calendars. I think we may have 5 - 6 syncing without issue. Skylight also offers a holiday calendar that we enabled. Profiles allow you to easily create task lists for your kids. Both of our kids have repeating daily tasks, think empty the dishwasher or shower, that were easy to create. They also have weekly chores, like pulling weeds, that we setup. While viewing the calendar, you can enable a view to show how many tasks they have for the day and how many they have completed. As they complete these, they can easily mark them off. As they complete tasks, if you pay for the subscription, you can assign star values so they can claim rewards. We have setup a few rewards for them, but still playing with the value of rewards to number of tasks they are doing. We are also using this as a digital picture frame, which you must also pay for through the subscription. They say the photo storage is unlimited. I think your cloud storage is unlimited, but the device has to have a cap. Currently have maybe 300 photos synced to. After 5 minutes of no one using it, it begins to go through them. One complaint I have, is even though I’ve synced 300 photos, I tend to see the same ones a lot. I don’t have any proof, but think the device may refresh the photos it has in its storage, but not hold them all which is why. From a form factor standpoint, this is a well built device. It feels very solid and has a pretty crisp screen. It includes a stand or wall mounting parts. I have no fear of my kids damaging this device, hopefully. Overall I think this is a great device for keeping a family who has kids without their own phones/devices on track with what’s going on, on task with chores, and display family photos. However, a few complaints: 1. A subscription to unlock rewards, meal planning, using it as a digital picture frame is kinda crazy for the cost of the device. 2. While there is a sleep mode to turn the display off at night. It’s on all the time. Feel like they should have included a sensor to detect motion to save energy. 3. While ours has been on and connected for a few weeks, I know there is an update out there that includes weather that we have not gotten yet and there is no way to force a software update. So kind of at the mercy of when updates come out. Overall a great little device, with some quirks.

Very good Bout extremely expensive

The Skylight Calendar 15” is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made, and the customer service is second to none. A great piece of technology. There are many cheaper versions of this type of product available, however given you are looking to make your life easier, i would highly recommend you opt of the skylight. The whole family has instantly made user of the calendar. We didn’t link any external calendars. Both wife and I use the skylight app on our phones (it’s brilliant). The calendar syncs instantly. The pictures you can upload onto the screen show up so beautifully, and it’s great to actually make use our digital library of memories. I analyze all tech thoroughly before I buy and compare all products in a category, and I could not recommend this more. I also mounted it to the wall and purchased a cheap wooden frame to put around it. It now looks like a real photo frame when in screensaver/picture mode. So simple to use. So clear. Not cluttered.

I LOVE IT!!! It has made family life so much more organised. We have not had take away in 3 weeks due to the meal plan feature. All our appointments and events are easy to see and edit if needed, our work schedule, the kids activities. The fact I can have multiple To-Do lists all in the same location is amazing. And everything is all linked to both mine and my husbands phones. I think everyone's favourite feature is the photo screensaver that rotates through all the photos we've uploaded.. We love this product and definitely recommend if you want to be organised.
