Too small a bottle, hard to open.

I carry my meds in my backpack and these pills disintegrated in the bottle almost completely before even getting halfway through it. I took them out of my bag and keep them in the pantry to prevent them from further deteriorating, but now I forget them half the time. They taste great and dissolve super well. They are not for me.

Half of tablets turn into powder on bottom of jar. No customer support either. can not find where they were made.

The media could not be loaded.  Update 8/18/2023:I asked my doctor about this today during my visit. She said it is safe to take, but 2-3 times a week. Increasing stars from 1-2 based on this, and not any higher because instructions say take daily. With the high percentage. It’s best speak with your health care provider so as not to take too much. It’s individual, not blanket.Original review:The first thing that struck me was the extremely excessive amount over the RDA for B12. The body excretes what it cannot use, so that’s a lot of B12 to waste. Also, do some research on too much B12. There are mixed reviews on it. As someone who already deals with Acne Rosacea, this one is a hard no for me as excessive amounts of B12 can aggravate that condition and cause other types of health issues. The instructions say take one a day… at that percentage of B12?They take a bit longer than 30 seconds to dissolve but that’s not a huge deal. Taste wise, they’re not bad. I’ve taken one for the purpose of this review but will NOT be taking any more.If you’re going to consider taking these, consult with your health care professional about the 104,000% of RDA for B12 and whether or not it is safe.

This is the first time, I've tried this company.And right now I can say, I'm going to re-order.
