Quality product
I purchased this item to replaced my cracked watch band that came with my Casio watch. It came with the tool needed to replace the pins which were included. I needed my own small Phillips head screw driver to remove the back of the watch to attach the new band. I like the material and I think this one won’t crack because it is not a hard plastic. Very happy with it.

Pins were too short.
Even though the band was listed as compatible with mine the provided pins were too short so I had to use my one. The band is also wider than the original.

Faulty construction
The prong that is used to secure the watch was too short and would pop out causing the watch to fall off.
