If i want to replace my rear two side pads, how many item should i order?** A: This is for the whole rear axle. 4 pads comes with this kit. **Q: so would this be ok for rear replacement pads for a 08 porsche cayenne?** A: I don't know if they will fit but I would look at something else. I replaced all the pads on my 2011 Q7 with this brand and totally regret it. Should have gone with the OEM or something else.
